Phoenixolar Delivers Multiple Gen 3.5 Perovskite Inkjet Printing Systems to PV Industry Leaders

Phoenixolar has delivered multiple units of its in-house developed Gen 3.5 perovskite inkjet printing system to a number of leading crystalline-silicon PV manufacturers as well as emerging perovskite PV companies.

As the industry accelerates the development of perovskite/silicon tandem technology, scalable and highly controllable deposition of perovskite layers has become increasingly critical. Inkjet printing is gaining momentum as a promising approach for perovskite layer formation alongside established coating methods.

The delivered Gen 3.5 system is designed for high-precision droplet control, high-throughput operation, and enhanced reliability for extended production runs. The equipment has completed customer process evaluations and acceptance testing, validating Phoenixolar’s engineering capability in both equipment development and process R&D.

Phoenixolar will continue to work closely with industry partners to accelerate the industrialization of perovskite solar cells and perovskite/silicon tandem photovoltaics.
