Huzhou Phoenixolar Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and development of perovskite solar cell technology and equipment. Phoenixolar offers lab scale (300 mm width), pilot line (600 mm width) and mass production (1200 mm width) individual and complete turnkey line equipment for perovskite single-junction solar cell and perovskite/silicon tandem solar cell (182 mm or 210 mm width).
The company's main products include Slot-Die Coating Deposition System, Inkjet printing System, VCD & Annealing System, Sputtering Deposition Systems, Laser Scribing System, Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) System, and Evaporation System, covering the core processes of perovskite solar cell manufacturing.

Pro. Dr.-Ing. Yuelong Huang, Founder and CEO of Huzhou Phoenixolar Co., Ltd., is also Founding Dean and Professor at the Photovoltaic Institute of Southwest Petroleum University and a core member of the SEMI International PV Standards Committee. He is recognized as a National Distinguished Expert of China and a Sichuan Provincial Distinguished Expert.
With over 20 years of experience in thin-film photovoltaic industrialization, R&D, operations, and investment, Dr. Huang specializes in perovskite and silicon solar cells. He previously served as a PhD Supervisor at Forschungszentrum Jülich (Germany). He has published more than 100 peer-reviewed papers in leading journals and holds 25 authorized patents, including 15 invention patents, related to PV manufacturing processes.
In 2008, Dr. Huang led the world’s first achievement of over 10% mass-production efficiency in amorphous/microcrystalline silicon tandem modules. Since founding Phoenixolar in 2021, he has guided his team to achieve record PCEs, including 22% for a 300 × 300 mm perovskite module, 33% for a 25 × 25 mm perovskite/silicon tandem cell, and 20% for a 600 × 1200 mm perovskite module.
