Phoenixolar today announced the successful delivery of its Double-head Gen3 Inkjet Printer for perovskite solar cell fabrication, supporting substrates up to 300 mm × 300 mm. To the best of our knowledge, it is the first of its kind in the world to integrate double printing heads with separated ink supply systems, greatly extending the flexibility of Perovskite precursor composition and layer formation. As compared to the traditional slot-die coating method, Phoenixolar’s Inkjet Printing is more than 10x faster (up to 800 mm/s) and compatible with various substrate materials and shapes, ideal for the mass production of both Perovskite single junction and Perovskite/Si tandem solar cells.
About Phoenixolar: Founded in 2021, Phoenixolar is specialized on Perovskite solar cell process development and production equipment manufacturing. We offer complete process and equipment turnkey solutions for manufacturing of Perovskite single junction solar module with guaranteed efficiency and Perovskite/c-Si tandem solar cells. As the research and commercialization of PSCs are progressing very rapidly, we would like to regularly share with you some of latest developments in this field.
